Returns & Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible, your item must be in its original condition — unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can make it right.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for the following:

Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

Custom or personalized items

Personal care products (such as beauty or hygiene items)

Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Sale items or gift cards
If you are unsure whether your item is returnable, please contact us before starting a return.
Exchanges
If you want a different item, we recommend returning your original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
EU Customers – 3-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days, for any reason and without justification.
Items must be in unused condition, with tags, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@breathebuddie.com.
